MyTownhouse (maydenliving.ae) is operated by MBR Properties. This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, phone number, email, the viewing day and time you prefer, optional notes on how you plan to buy, and any message.
• How you reached the site: the page, the referring website and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
• When you tap a WhatsApp button we count the tap with the page and campaign tags only. No name, number, browser or IP address is kept for it.
• With a form, for security: a scrambled (hashed) network address and your browser type, so we can stop spam and repeated abuse.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry about The Sterling: to arrange a viewing, call you back or send the brochure, and to see which of our pages and adverts bring enquiries. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

MBR Properties is responsible for your details. They are seen by the team who handle your enquiry and are stored with the service providers that host our website and lead system for us. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any purchase that follows, and to meet our legal obligations. Repeat enquiries within 12 months are added to your first record rather than creating a new one.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, nothing will be set unless you agree first.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to admin@dubaisouthcapital.ae.
